Brent Child & Family Clinic
Brent Child and Family Clinic offers a service to children and adolescents who require general psychiatric and psychological interventions for children and young people whose ages range from 0-18 who live in Brent or have a Brent GP, open Monday to Friday 9-5pm. A range of treatments are available including individual and family therapy groups. The type of problems include; eating, sleeping or toileting, temper tantrums, school refusal, bullying, hyperactivity, challenging behaviour, problems in learning, physical illness or disability, depression and postnatal depression. family relationship issues. There is a dedicated team for children and young people with learning disabilities and another for Looked After Children. The clinic works closely with Children's Services (both Social Care and Education), other health professionals and young people.
