Brent Assertive Outreach Team
This is a community based borough wide service availoable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is for 18-65 year olds suffering from severe and persistant mental illness who are difficult to engage. It is a mulit-disciplinary team which works closely with the Community Mental Health Teams to provide intensive support for clients at home or in other community settings.
