Brent Community Mental Health Team - North & West Sector
This is one of Brent's 3 Community Mental Health Teams. Each multi-disciplinary team provides assessment and treatment for people aged between 18 and 65 with severe and enduring mental health problems. Each team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, support workers, social workers, community psychiatric nurses and an occupational therapist. The service covers the north and west of the borough, including Wembley, Alperton, Kingsbury, Kenton and Sudbury.
