Brent Crisis Resolution Team
This is a mulit-disciplinary community based mental health team providing a home based assessment service as an alternative to in-patient care. The team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for Brent residents with serious and enduring mental illness who are experiencing a crisis.
