Brent Community Mental Health Team
The 3 adult mental health teams in Brent (Brent North West, Brent South & Brent East) have all merged and are based in one location now:
We are now called the Brent Community Mental Health Team. The majority of the mental health team are based at 15 Brondesbury Road, Kilburn, NW6 6BX. There are also Care Co-ordinators based at Courtyard, Avenue Road, Harlesden, NW10 4UG.
The team provides assessment and treatment for people aged between 18 and 65 with severe and enduring mental health problems. Each team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, support workers, social workers, community psychiatric nurses and an occupational therapist.
