Kilburn Community Network Service
Kilburn CNS offers a cross borough service for Brent Mental Health clients who have a care coordinator. The service is person centred: its main goals being to help clients with severs and enduring mental health problems, to identify their own goals and preferences in order to live more socially inclusive lives.
