anger problems

Everyone gets angry from time to time, it's part of being human! If you feel like someone is attacking you, or someone hurts you, you're very likely to develop angry feelings. As long as these feelings and tensions are dealt with, there shouldn't be a problem. For some people, expressing themselves is too difficult or unnatural to them, so they bottle things up. This can lead to problems, as a build up of anger and tension can have negative effects; physically and mentally.

Some people get angry because they find it hard to express themselves. Other people develop problems with anger because they are stressed. Whatever the reason is, having problems with anger can leave an individual feeling out of control or depressed. A build up of anger can also lead to rage attacks which can cause aggressive behaviour.

Someone with anger issues may start  to have problems at school, in relationships and at work. There are various ways to help deal with anger when it arises and to avoid becoming angry in the first place. When you feel yourself getting angry, try to stop and think, or remove yourself from the situation by leaving the room. It's also good to think through anything that's making you angry, when you are in a calm and relaxed environment like your bedroom. Ask yourself "why am I so angry?", you could write your ideas down to help process your thoughts. Try researching on the internet to find an anger management technique that suits you.
