stress problems

Life is stressful. What's important is that you recognise when you are under so much stress that it may be harmful. When you are under too much stress you may experience breathlessness, headaches, sleeping problems, pins and needles or muscle spasms. You may also feel aggressive, depressed, or feel like you're a failure.

Recognising that you are under excessive stress is the first step towards dealing with the problem. Review your lifestyle and why you are under so much pressure; perhaps you are worrying about things unnecessarily?

There are plenty of effective relaxation techniques out there, try researching on the internet, visiting your GP for advice or visiting the wellbeing section of this website.
