herbal remedies
Herbal remedies can offer a more natural way to deal with certain health issues, either in conjunction with more conventional medicine or as a replacement. Herbal remedies are more widely available over the counter, and generally have fewer side-effects.
People use herbal remedies for all sorts of problems, including depression, stress and sleeping problems. Herbal remedies can also be taken in a varity of ways, from tablets and capsules, to tinctures and tea. If you are interested in herbal remedies, try visiting your local health food shop. It's always a good idea to check with your GP before using a herbal remedy, especially if you are already on medication.
