hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a complimentary therapy that influences your subconcious to bring about changes in the way you feel and behave. This has proved useful to overcome overwhelming fears, anxieties and bad habits (like smoking).
There is growing evidence that hypnotherapy is effective in helping people towards mental and physical wellbeing. NHS Hypnotherapy is now available, while private therapy can cost from £35 per hour.
